The Harrods Edition

So after missing the postman and my parcel ending up at the post office, i finally have it in my hands... The long awaited 'Harrods edition -  March Glossy box'.  And i must say, i am bloody impressed!!!!

This months box was a special edition collaboration with the one and only Harrods, so a lot was expected of this box... when you think of Harrods you think of high end, expensive and exclusive products & we were all hoping this was transferred to the boxes.

1) Valentino - Valentina eau de parfum
Most people are never overly happy to reiceve perfume samples in these boxes with them being so small. But my box actually included 6 samples apposed to the normal 5 so this sample is just a little extra, which i am happy to try :)
It smells lovely!!! really nice and floral and feminine. The little sample spray is perfect size to pop into your handbag for when you are on the go.
A full size 30ml bottle retails at £39.50 (i received a 1.5ml sample in the box)
** I didn't bother photographing the perfume sample as it was just your bog standard tiny glass bottle!!**

2) Molton Brown - Vitalising vitamin AB+C bath and shower
Bath and shower products feature heavily in beauty boxes, but can you ever have too many?!? I think not :)
This smells really nice, and uses orange oil so is packed with vitamins and goodness.
A full size 300ml bottle retails at £18 (i received a 50ml sample in the box)

3) SKII - Skin signature
This is a anti ageing moisturising cream which helps to 're-condition the skin, improve its resilience and leave the complexion smooth and radiant'. SKII is a brand exclusive to Harrods so i am happy to try it as would probably never get the chance otherwise.
The cream itself is nice and light on the skin and doesn't really smell of anything.
A full size 80g tub retails on the Harrods website for a UNBELIEVABLE £127.00 what the hell!!?!?! eeeeek. (I received a 15ml sample in the box)

4) Lancome - Hyponse drama mascara
As a mascara lover i was very happy to receive this and will do a full review and whether i would repurchased once i have used it properly.  It is classed as a 'instant full body volume mascara' and came in 'excessive black'. The brush looks really good and i cant wait to give it a go.
A full size 6.5ml product retails at £20.50 (i received a 2ml sample in the box)

5) Clarins -Extra-firming body cream
'a formula rich in regenerating and firming plant extracts which immediately helps to lift and tone, for firmer skin and a younger looking body' - sounds good to meeee!
There is plenty of product in my tube, after the recent huuu-hah with Clarins products in beauty boxes i thought i would check this.
The cream smells lovely and is thick but not gloopy, it melts into your skin instantly.
A full size 200ml product retails for £39.50 (i received a 30ml sample in the box).

6) Shu Uemura - Cleansing beauty oil
3 in 1 cleanser, make up remover and eve make up remover that leaves skin soft, balanced and non oily.
When reading the card (before looking i the box) i was SO happy to see this product as i see people raving about it constantly. I was slightly sad to see that it was infact only a 4ml sample sachet but hey beggers cant be choosers and it means i get chance to try it.
A full size 150ml product retails for £28.00

So all in all i am a very happy lady when it comes to this box. The items i am most excited about are the Lancome mascara, the SKII cream and i cant wait to try the Shu Uemura cleanser.

They were also very kind and provided a 20% off code (selected items only) just incase you really love one of the items and want to buy the full size :)

What did you get in your box? were you happy?
